"I purchased a mattress and bunky board before Christmas. I got the mattress but still have not received bunky board. Nothing but excuses. Finally I asked for refund on the bunky board even though I still need it and now just get ignored. So basically got burnt on it. No refund. No communication or anything. So would not recommend."

"These guys are the best! Called on a Monday AM and by Thursday i had 3 mew custom mattresses delivered and installled. Price was more than fair, but the customer service was next level. They told me that if they dont fit just right (custom order) they would replace them, but fit like a glove first try. Will buy from them again. 10 out 10 stars!!"
