"Do not expect any supervision of your kids at night. 10,11,12 year olds coming and going over to the grocery store or McDonalds or who knows where. Older guys cruising the parking lot trying to get 12 year old girls to ‘go for a ride.’ It really is too bad. If they supervised the door or had a leave and no return policy it would be a decent place for tweens to hang out on Friday night. But right now it a disaster waiting to happen. There literally is no adult on the premises that I have seen."
"Very disturbing experience. Went to pick up my son at the Friday night glow from 7 to 10. We did not make it to 10pm. I sat and watched for about 30 mins and it was pure ciaos. There was boys in the girls bathroom and girls in the boys bathroom. A fight broke out outside and there was NO control or direction. The staff members (mind you I believe they're young teens which is not a problem but come on! There should be at least an adult on staff) where trying to keep the kids inside because the other person that fought was still circling the parking lot. There were kids talking about jumping other kids. It was just a mess!!!! I will never allow my child to return again. This place better get a handle on things because this is the second altercation I have seen there and it will take for someone to get seriously hurt for this place to get better management and/or organization. Very disappointed and I would never feel safe with kids going here."
"Was coming here quite a bit for our kids 2 and 5 years old. They had toddler times in the morning which was great and we purchased an unlimited plan since that worked in our schedule. Tried going in the morning several times to find out they “didn’t make enough money during that time so they cancelled toddler time”. I’d like a refund of my last months unlimited charge since you changed your hours. Tried calling to cancel but have to go in person. Not safe for young kids during regular hours"
"Had my daughters 10 th birthday party and she had a blast and her friends did as well. This place was clean and the staff was nice. AJ always checked in on us. I was surprised the pizza was very good. We ordered wing and we brought our own veggie tray and fruit, trays and chips and salsa it was enough for our group. We used the promo code and got 75 off on our party. Over all great experience."
