"So disappointing!! We were there today and ALL the slides were SLOW and DIRTY. I told one of the young girls working there and she said she would have someone wax them. That never happened. She was crouched behind cash register on her phone the whole time we were there. Why do young people not want to work?? It is hard to watch. There were sick kids coughing up a storm that should not have been allowed in. So stressful when they are practically walking into your child. Kids kept climbing up all slides backwards with no one saying anything at all. The games soak up your money (and some don’t work) so quick it is unreal such a rip off. I reloaded card 3 times. Worst visit here yet. Overall depressing and everything felt grimy! Super disappointing!! We will be checking out other places."
"Bring your own socks with rubber soles, if you have them. Adults too, as it's mandatory for everyone entering the facility. Very clean. Friendly staff. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the facility doesn't have as many activities as the Surprise location. Our kids are 4 and 9 and lasted for 1 hour before they were ready to move on. Younger ones would probably last for a couple of hours. A good option to get the kids moving and out of the house. Nice to have a location in the North Valley now."
"I just wanted to thank you for the amazing balloon decoration for the party today. The cupcakes with micky ring was lovely and the center banner of micky were perfection. The colors were so perfect and they matched tablecloths and color scheme perfectly. Thank you so much for the decorations!!"
"The entry cost is affordable and the jungle gym areas and staff were great. Half of the machine games were broken when we came but even still my biggest complaint is the cost to portion ratio of food. I had seen a “large” pizza and it was so small that I figured it must have been the individual. Spending $15 on a lunchable sized pizza was not the highlight of my day."
"Not horribly busy this Thursday (2pm). Get them kiddos a nice workout! Definitely recommend the giant slide back right corner caution its goes fast fast! Ball pits are sanitized for protection. My son just goes gaga for this place. Probably have to buy the membership for him haha. Plan it during your family's outing."
