"I went here twice recently. First of all, after seeing Ben, Matt, & Jlo have the Dunkings Munchkins Skewer; I knew I had to have one in my life. For all the hoopla, I was left wanting more but it was still great marketing. As I was there, I did see that they had the pink velvet macchiato and I would try it another time. Well the time came sooner than later and on this particular day they had no pink so I was left wanting again. I did a quick audible and decided on the sourdough breakfast sandwich and iced caramel espresso. They both were better than anticipated. That sourdough sandwich is a keeper with toasted bread, two fried eggs, thick cut bacon, and cheese. Simple but effective and very tasty. Dunkin's coffee gets me morning ready to take on the day energized!!!"
"It's... fine. The team working there is super focused on the drive through, and it took a long time for someone to even acknowledge me standing at the counter. Another lady after me stood at the counter for several minutes before walking out. No one even greeted her. The person who helped me was friendly."
"Really good food, they always made my coffee so perfectly, and really nice staff. Thank you guys!!! Good vibes over here never had a problem. And their coffee is really good way better than Starbucks and way cheaper too."
"I submitted a mobile order and when I got there to pick it up, I noticed there were other donuts there that weren’t listed in the app. Not sure how much control the store has over the app, but it’s be a better experience using the app, if the donuts the store has available we’re actually listed in the app. The associate was nice enough to let me pick whatever donuts I wanted. She also made my coffee, which was delicious. However, when I got home and tried a donut, the donuts were stale. I placed my order at about 10 am and the donuts were stale like they were 2 days old. I’ve been to the Dunkin in Surprise several times and never had stale donuts from there. I won’t be back simply because of that."
"I like this Dunkin’ Donuts because they also have a Baskin Robbins inside so the way I look at it you get the best of both some donuts and ice cream and they have a large selection of both donuts and ice cream. It was very clean inside. The customer service was AWSOME the workers there were real friendly. Thank you for that."
