"Chose Cutting Edge to do repairs on our travel trailer after getting estimates from local RV dealer. I was not satisfied with RV dealer’s proposed work because it seemed to be a patch up job vs a true repair including new parts and extensive painting. There was a delay caused by lack of parts availability however once started the work was completed and was done to our complete satisfaction."

"The most unprofessional car repair shop I've dealt with. - Dropped my car off 12/06/23 was told it should be done by the following week that they had everything needed. - More things were needed and my insurance approved additional repairs/parts which now a part was on back order till 12/22/23 - Part didn't arrive on 12/22 and was told it would arrive 1/09/24, part didn't arrive that day either and was told missing part was a sensor which than was told it was a radiator bracket. - All parts arrived the following Tuesday 1/16 and was told that they had the wrong condenser ordered and would arrive that Friday which became Sat and was told car should be ready Monday 1/22/24 - Called that Monday and was told they realized they had the wrong bumper for my car it was for a different model and that they will have it shipped overnight and car should be ready Thursday 1/25/24 - Called Thursday at 10am and was told to give a call back number and they would call me back. I called them back 3 hours later since I wasn't called back and was told it's 98 percent done just needs to be detailed and cleaned and should be ready Friday 1/26/24 at 1pm. - Was able to get my car on Friday 1/26 but I was informed one part is missing on the bumper that they received the wrong part. I was told that it should arrive later that day or Monday and they would install it. I did ask if there was a discount for the inconvenience and of course that's something that is not even a option and I had to pay all the money up front to get my car even though it wasn't finished. I opened my engine bay to inspect my car and they wasted something on the engine cover and didn't even bother to clean it - Didn't receive a call on Monday 1/29 so I called the shop 30 min before they closed and was told that the part didn't come in but they'll let me know. - I've had to call for updates each time except for maybe twice when I spoke to a man named Peter and when I was notified I could pick my car up even though it wasn't complete cause they knew it was a inconvenience on their part. I was given excuses how they're the middle man and that late parts are not their fault which is understandable but to have three wrong parts back to back and to then blame it on the supplier that they send wrong parts to fulfill orders is the reason that they had wrong parts is a fallacy. I don't know of any auto repair shop that receives a part and doesn't make sure when it's received that it's the correct part. I chose this shop because of their tenure and good reviews and after my experience I wish I never would have gave them my business. I hope my experience will be a warning to whomever is looking to get their car repaired, look elsewhere. And yes my car is still missing a part"
