"Received an email solicitation from Jason of this agency offering to quote us for our 4 autos. I advised we had 8 days to renew. I sent quote from another carrier with all our details etc. Had to follow up, told quote was coming. It did, 4 days later. Good quote. Said we'll take the offer and need to proceed quickly. Jason sends an email saying the quote is for a bundle only rate. Really disappointed this material detail was not disclosed, as we started the cancellation process with the current carrier. I still agreed to accept the quote and scrambled to get our two homes over to get the bundle. Total PITA. Then I got ghosted by Jason. I called, left a message and sent another email. Nothing. Had to renew with the current carrier which was nearly $1000 higher than what Jason quoted. It was a very disappointing experience. Hope he's okay, though. No excuse for such bait and switch, then just drops me."

"Yesterday, while highly upset over an error, I hastily wrote a very negative review, which was driven by anger in the heat of the moment. Subsequent to calming down, I realized overall and in all fairness, I had been with Farmers for many years and Diana has always provided top notch service. Several years ago, I broke down in the middle of nowhere and it took 12 hours to get a tow truck. Needless to say, I was livid. Diana took steps to ensure complete satisfaction as a result of my experience, which she didn't have to do. She took alot of time, allowing me to vent,(more than once through the years) again, which she didn't have to do. Diana and Zach truly are very educated and highly knowlegable about insurance. I do believe they do everything possible to ensure the best coverage for each individual client. Candidly, if Diana and Zach could duplicate their staff to provide the same quality customer service and accuracy that they possess, they'd be golden. I greatly appreciate Diana!"
