"After being a loyal customer of 19 years the service has gone down hill. I received my monthly bill saying I had to pay a new rate so I did, I received an email on 12/31/21 at 3:00 saying my insurance was to be canceled on 1/1/22. And their office would be open until 1/3/22, they said I had missed payments but according to my bank statements I paid the full amount on time. I have not received no help from this agent so I have taken my business elsewhere."
