"This is the worse insurance company. My car was stolen in October. Filed a claim 4 days later my car was recovered. Christa Dill was my adjuster. Had my car taken to a body shop and got an estimate for 8,250. Couple weeks later I got a call from a David from the insurance company letting me know my car was being totaled out. I now have a new adjuster which is Jasmine Wallace. This lady never answers her phone nor returns my calls. I have seeked legal advice and told I have a good case . It's been 3 months and they haven't notified my finance company. I will also be calling the BBB. Jasmine has yet to return my.calls. People dont waste your money on this insurance company!!! I wouldn't of even given this place a one star but had no other option."

"Once my claim is done I will NEVER go through you guys again!!! I had a car accident almost 3 months ago the claim adjustor still hasn't faxed over the evaluation report or total loss letter to my lien holder so we can get the total loss pay check sent to my lien holder so I can quit paying for a car I no longer have! The adjustor will not call my lien holder even though my lien holder said she needs to call them the adjustor won't return my calls her manager won't return my calls it's been almost 3 months now I shouldn't have to beg you guys to do your job this is not fair to me and this is bad business i will be reporting you guys to the better business bureau!! This is not how you should treat a great standing paying customer!!! Also when i ask to speak to the manager of total loss boss Noone will give me a number this is horrible!!!!"
