"The customer service here was great but please do your research before purchasing. They have a ton of Panda’s selling well over retail price which can be found at the Footlocker around the corner. I also would question the authenticity of the shoe we . The toe box/sole on the dunk we looked at flexed so much that you could fold it in half with one hand. Nice store, but very unsure about the authenticity of that specific shoe. **Updating my comment. I do not live in the San Tan area, was there on vacation and my feedback is based on my experience while in the store. I have nothing against the staff, again, I mentioned that the person sitting at the register was great. I felt one shoe, it bent when squeezed and I stated that the authenticity of that specific shoe was questioned. I am not incorrect in what I felt and it's inappropriate for you to advise that I am misleading. Every customer has the right to provide their own experience."
"My husband way overpaid for shoes here for me for Christmas and there’s a no refund policy, only store credit. I asked him to buy me a pair of shoes that retail for under $130 literally anywhere else and he paid $250 here. I understand markups on reselling, but that’s ridiculous and excessive. Not a store we will be back to."
"Stopped in to look for a shoe for my grandson. It was a Nike that retails everywhere for $90.00.. They had the shoe so I asked the price.. Salesperson said $200.00 but today, Black Friday, we have 15% off. I said, you know this shoe sells for retail everywhere for $90.00. He said we are not a retailer, we are a reseller and we sell above retail. Duh, Don't know where all these good reviews came from. Must have been from the owner."
