"I had an irrigation valve that would not shut off last weekend and tried to find help, but was never called back by any of the businesses I contacted. On Monday morning I (a single mom) decided to try to do it myself and went to The Deer Valley location. I explained the problem and two young gentlemen, Jose and Jesus, took the time to explain patiently how to fix the leak and let me borrow one of their large pliers. They did not try to sell me more than I needed and I got the job done! Thank you!"
