"What a dump. I checked in online for a 4:30 appointment. Got here at 4:15, not only was I first in line but they kept letting friends cut the line. Still waiting at almost 5:00 and I would have left but the crooks took my money when I booked the haircut. Take my advice don't walk away, RUN!!!!"

"My 1st haircut was with Drew and I walked away 100% satisfied. This barbershop offers the most competitive rate for a haircut which is under $25. When I visited Jay's barbershop it was under construction and they were steadily making improvements. I'm curious to see how the remodel goes and I am confident it will improve their ability to deliver great customer service. I look forward to the future and seeing Jay's improvements with the online appointment system and ability to open the store on time."
