"Waited 6 hours to get a haircut. Never had to wait that long at any other barbershop even if they were busy. Other than that, it's an okay place to get your haircut. They do a decent job. However, I dont think ill be coming back. The wait was ridiculous."

"The customer service here is terrible. Everyone seems like they are angry and that they are doing you a favor. I called to see what time their hours of operation were and the guy got very rude and angry when I asked him to repeat what he said because I didn't hear him. I ended up going anyway (no other barbers opened at the time) and the guy started cutting the top against the grain of my waves. When I immediately told him to go with the grain, his response was, "Well you should've told me." A barber is supposed to NEVER go against the grain of the waves. Although the hair cut ended up being descent, I don't think I'd ever go back because of the very poor customer services. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor when I told him how I wanted my haircut. He continued going back and forth with me about how I wanted my haircut and how I wanted to spend MY money. They are also overpriced! I can go get a decent haircut at one of the barber academies for $8! They charge $20. There are plenty of barbershops that average between $12 and $15. Not a friendly and welcoming place at all."
