However, my visit left me feeling disappointed and nostalgic for the days when walk-ins were readily accepted, and customer service was the top priority. Walking into Mug Haircuts for Men, I was surprised to find an empty shop with barbers seemingly available, but I was informed that they only take customers by appointment. Although I can appreciate the need for scheduling appointments to manage customer flow and provide more focused attention, it shouldn't come at the cost of losing the essence of what makes a barber shop special. On the positive side, the interior of Mug Haircuts for Men was stylish and modern, with a clean and well-maintained space. The staff, while not entirely warm and welcoming, were still professional in their approach. Despite these positive aspects, the absence of walk-in availability ultimately overshadowed the overall experience. I left the establishment feeling somewhat unsatisfied, as I couldn't help but yearn for the old days when barber shops were hubs of camaraderie and service, rather than places that prioritized appointments above all else. In conclusion, if you don't mind scheduling appointments ahead of time and are more interested in the aesthetics of the shop, Mug Haircuts for Men may be worth a visit. However, for those seeking the nostalgic charm and spontaneity of a classic barber shop experience, you might want to look elsewhere. Let's hope that in the future, more barber shops will strike a balance between modern convenience and preserving the time-honored traditions that have made them so beloved."

"Madison did a super good job on my hair I couldn’t be any happier of the outcome, she gave me what I wanted and even suggested a couple of things that would make my hair look neater ! She is very detail orientated and insightful and takes her time and is super nice and easy/fun to talk to! I haven’t had a haircut in a year and a half and it was really long so going in to get a haircut I was super nervous because my prior stylist Sarah left and she was really good with long hair and was at the previous mug in Westgate, so I’m glad I came across this one and that Madison attended me right away and did a tremendous job !"
