"Went there last week sales Manger had bad attitude and try his hardest to make sure I didn’t buy a car offer 10 percent of blue book said that the best he could do. They jumpstarted 3 brand new cars for the test drive. Long story short avoid this place like the plague!"

"Couldn’t believe what I heard and the lack of customer service I received at this dealership. Came in yesterday and asked about the civic type R. The sales person shuffled in as of we bothered him from doing nothing and with the lack of interest to sell a car, he asked how he could help me? Told him my son wanted to get info on this car and possibly test drive it. He said we don’t test drive these cars. I said how do we know if we like this vehicle, if we can’t test drive and see how it handles or feels? He said they are specialty cars and the only way that anyone gets to test it is if they are purchased first. The sales guy couldn’t give me any type of specifications on the vehicle had no clue the performance on the vehicle, until I finally asked for a spec page. He was annoyed that I had to inconvenience him to give me a printout, because the car itself did not have any information other than half sheet of paper on the window. That stated there was a $10 K markup because it was a specialty car. I could not believe that not only do you mark up a vehicle $10k (understandable, since not many at made) but that you expect me to pay $58k without taxes and you can’t even test it out or turn the car on. Alex McDonald was probably one of the worst sales person ever because he never even bothered to ask how I plan to pay for it, or what my financial option was for me. I could have given him financial proof by opening my bank app. He dismissed me and my son altogether! He practically kept walking away every time we tried to ask something about the car. He knew NOTHING about this car. Which is probably why he lost the sale. Contacted Tucson Honda and explained what happened. He said no problem. Got the GREEN light from his manager and tomorrow I’m driving 2 hours to test drive it and hopefully purchase it. I will never give this dealership my money again! I should have known better when my friend uses this dealership for her Pilot and the service guy has not been able to get a part in for over 3 months and her very expensive car sounds like crap. Buy a car, don’t buy a car from this dealership but don’t waste your time on Alex McDonald."

"I can honestly say I would not recommend Arrowhead Honda to anybody that I know because I am still attempting to fix the issues that were created when I went in for a recall. I went in late June for a AC recall on my Civic and my windshield was damaged in the process. The manager initially wanted to use my insurance to fix an issue they caused. I then had drive with a cracked windshield for a week before they had me go back in to get it fixed and afterwards my car began leaking oil and I had to go to another Honda so they could fix the issue. They said my plug was somehow unscrewed. After my windshield was fixed, a week later I took it in for a car wash and the water leaked through into my car so now I am having to get it resealed even though the initial reason I went into Arrowhead Honda was for a recall on the AC. My dashboard was also not reinstalled correctly from the recall inspection because it now vibrates when I drive and it didn’t before. Additionally, my engine oil plug should not have been unscrewed causing me to leak half of my engine oil in the span of three days because I did not go in for an oil change. I can confidently say that I am more than happy driving the 10 miles down to Earnhardt Honda then driving 2 miles down to Arrowhead Honda."
