"We walked in at 7:59 not realizing they were close to closing and the guy said “we close in a minute are you guys actually gonna buy anything?” So we turned and walked out. We did plan on buying something but not anymore."

"Unfair and deceptive practices on their return policy. Bought a Michigan T shirt for my grandfather day before Xmas. Went to exchange for a different size, they were out of that product. So I tried to get a credit towards a bigger purchase I was making. But their receipt, which reads like a contract and I received POST purchase, of course.... says no returns for 'event' items. Nothing ever disclosed my item was an 'event' item. Every sports venue is an "event". I would never had purchased the product if I had known. Spoke to their regional manager, Mark, he was polite but unwavering on taking the return. Just Sports just lost a customer who spends about $800 a year in his stores the past decade. And Thanks for charging me $37 premium price for an "event" item that was in such demand, you didn't have any in stock for an exchange. In the end, once the receipt is printed, you've bought on non disclosed terms that the vendor is now in control."

"Bought nice tshirts to have the check out girl literally wad them into balls and stuff them in a bag. I watched her jam them together into balls and stuff them into the smallest bag available. Who wants to buy a Christmas present and then have them wad it into a ball? I asked to retold them and she looked at me like I was crazy. They are completely creased and wrinkled, whereas before they were folded and fine. Weirdest store experience - do not recommend this store."

"My mother and I went there looking for an Aaron Rodgers Jersey for her. When we walked into the place the young lady at the register didn't acknowledge us. She didn't even look our way. We started looking around and she still said nothing. She didnt even offer assistance. Finally I said hi can we get some help please and then she decided to help us. At that point I was ready to go because it's obvious you dont want our business. They had the merchandise but just not the right size so we left. When we were walking back past the place there was a sign on the door that said went on a 15 minute break at 6:50 and the store closed at 7. Poor customers service very poor."

"I drove to the santan mall to make a purchase which is about 30 minutes away from my home. I knew exactly which hats i wanted and when i went to pay the total was 60 some dollars but the charge was 161 that showed up on my card. The cashier immediately noticed and asked her manager what was up and if she should just refund the difference since it charged me extra. Instead he did a post void which is all fine and dandy but my bank doesn't instantly recognize that. So it sees that i spent 161 and that I'm receiving a credit for 161 but it thinks i only have 40 to spend. So now i suddenly don't have enough money to make the purchase. I think it would have been more appropriate to refund me the difference instead of doing a post void and making re purchase the item. I bought it on my credit card again and was charge the correct amount but my main spending card still isnt going to work for other purchases now until the store and my bank posts that credit which is wildly inconvenient."
