"I normally love Spencer's but this ome seemed very Un maintained. And the staff wasn't friendly. Each section was smaller than normal as well. I didn't stay long because of it"

"Still a nice little store for knick knacks and novelty items. I was a little shocked at the high level adult sex items. There were actually adults toys here. And while they don't bother me I don't think they are things that should just be left hanging on the wall for anybody to see. I feel that having adult sex toys just out invisible in a place like a mall where young children can be is probably not the most appropriate. I always thought that Spencer's was a nice place for novelty items knick knacks and bric-a-brak and more adult type games. There's a time and a place for everything and I don't believe that a store in a mall where people bring young children and families is an appropriate place to have these things just hanging on the wall for everyone. A more appropriate place would be to have them in a separate room or maybe not in as high visible place as the whole back wall. It was a bit shocking. Other than that the store was clean and seemed to be fairly well organized. Staff was very friendly."

"Amazing store! It has a lot of great gifts and gag gifts! Has lots of hilarious T-shirts too. They have an amazing selection of intimate things for adults too!"

"Extremely racist and biased customer service. Me and my friends were visiting out of town and we were followed the entire time, the clerk tried to be slick and call security and questioned us multiple times about the price as if we couldn’t afford $15 earrings. Very disappointing as it was our first time shopping in AZ."
