Just Sports

"They have a wide variety of products and teams which makes for a great selection. The costs are on par for any sporting merchandise store (so a bit expensive). Their staff could use some improvement. My cousin was visiting and wanted to buy an ASU hoodie. I took him to this store because I wanted to support a local store vs say Target. Sweatshirt was purchased but the staff left the magnet tag on it. We noticed it when we got home. I took my cousin back to the store, I had mentioned to my cousin that maybe ask for a small discount for the inconvenience as you had to come due to their misstake. Worst case they say no or they say yes here is 5 - 10% off for the inconvenience. No reason not to ask. Now the young staff memeber could not give a discount and that is fine. The issue I have is they never had any empathy for the situation. Just a "Hey well you can return it", a polite "Hey I am sorry this happened, that is inconvenient but I am unable to provide a discount, you are free to return it" would have been much more appropriate response. When you work in a people industry you need empathy, while a customer is not right 100% of the time does not mean a lack of empathy if someone is frustrated with a misstake made by your store, even if you weren't the one ringing them up before."

"Do not buy here. Not only are they not veteran friendly, they do not honor their return policy (even though I had a receipt) and now I am forced to keep a hat that doesn’t fit."

"If I could give the store zero stars I would. They carry zero product for women teams. Apparently, they get a very small supply of Phoenix Mercury gear, it sells out quickly and it isn’t replenished. Not one women’s sport team is represented in this sports store!! They may as well call it what it is, Just Men’s Sports."

"This place should not call itself a sporting goods store, it's a sporting apparel store. I went there looking for baseball gloves because sporting goods stores should have baseball gloves and anything else you need for sports. This place has every type of Jersey every type of hat, every team, but it's all just apparel it's stuff that you wear not stuff that you use to play the game. They should rename the store just for fans, because that's what this place is a store for fans of a sport not a store for people who play a sport. So besides the naming they have a bunch of great stuff inside the store just don't go there looking to get anything that you might need to play a sport."
