"Its unfortunate how one poor experience can leave such a bad taste in your mout. This has been my go to location for years because of great service and stylists who know what they're doing. Walked in today and saw a gentleman by the name of Albert for the first time. Gave him a shot as the other women were helping customers and I was with my children. Specifically told Albert 2 on the sides down to a 1 and same style as I walked in with on top, just a light trim. He showed an estimated inch off the top and I agreed. He sped through the cut and cut 2-3 inches off the top instead making everything way too short and shaped a slicked back style cut opposed to the mid part I was looking to maintain."
