"Been to the San Tan location 5 times in the last 5 mos to try and more importantly buy soccer cleats. Zero times I’ve had someone been able to help before 30 minutes pass. The kiosk request apparently goes to nobody which was confirmed by an employee."
"Waited 40 min to try on a pair of shoes. Let the associate checking me out know and she said “ya we don’t have many people in shoes so that’s just how it is” I asked her to talk to someone about it and she said she couldn’t so I let her know I would be leaving a 1 star. How are associates not able to talk to management? Strange. I understand being understaffed (if that’s what was going on) but being told “tough luck” is pretty bad customer service. At least apologize."
"Had the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. When my family and I were visiting phoenix on vacation we were checking out at the cashier and Shane was the employee who “helped” us, we were trying to have small talk and tried to be super friendly and talk the sports that were going on etc but we were treated the most attitude and horrible customer service, didn’t once smile just was miserable the entire time. Don’t work retail if you don’t know how to treat customers."
"Stopped by after discovering they sell Hoka’s! I needed to see which would fit best before purchasing online for work. Employee Ryan was extremely helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable of the brand I was looking at & brought me 4 shoes to try. I found the perfect pair for me and wish I could have purchased them in store. I already ordered them! I appreciated the hospitality on a Monday morning. Thank you, Ryan!"
"The selection here is decent and the staff are polite and helpful but they are grossly under-staffed. I have been there a few times recently and each time there is only 1 register open. I would have given them only 3 stars for that but they make up a star by offering a paper shopping bag which are so much nicer to carry!"
