I had no idea there was so much to different colors and types of paints and their particular applications. "6/14/2022. Walking in there was 3 associates and none greeted me or asked if I needed anything until I walked up to them as they were casually having a conversation. The older gentleman with white hair honestly made me feel dumb about not knowing about paint and it’s process. Meanwhile the older lady sitting on the west entrance of the store kept laughing at my ignorance. My experience was definitely disappointing and I would never go back. They really put me down."
"Not a great experience here for my small order. Ordered 1 gallon of paint and 1 gallon of tinted primer at noon and was advised to return the following morning and it would be ready at that time as they were busy. (Note: the customer checking out right next to me was told they could wait?) Strange. Arrived at 8:30 the next morning and the order was not done. I communicated to the clerk that the customer service was lacking. 20 minutes later the assistant manager brought me my order. He asked if he could refund the cost and I'm very glad he offered because when I got the paint home I discovered the primer had never been tinted. Wow. At nearly $50 a gallon, I would expect better service."
