Floor Coverings International exceeded every expectation from choosing our flooring to the final floorboard being installed. Our exceptional service started with Zach coming to our home and showing us everything from carpet to luxury vinyl plank flooring. He made multiple stops and was extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable. We stopped by the store and the owners, Deb and Mike, continued with the excellent customer service showing us flooring and adding their wealth of knowledge to help us make a decision. Once we decided on the product, Carlos and his team did a fantastic job installing the flooring and stairs. Carlos is a perfectionist and expects the final product to exceed our expectations. The entire experience did just this and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Our stairs needed additional work and we LOVE how the stairs turned out. Their product for stairs alone makes this company a notch above all the others we looked at.
