"My first visit to this center was 2/1/24 and the entire experience was great. A bit expensive ($91.85 per ton Madison gold) but it was conveniently 10 minutes from my job site. My second visit was on 2/3 and was entirely unpleasant. I pulled to the same spot as my prior visit to find a different loader operator having issues getting his bigger bucket on the loader. His first bucket fill went 12-18 inches BELOW the normal ground level and scooped up a bucket of water, dirt and some rock and was dumped in my trailer. His second bucket fill I asked him to "take it off the top" and it was much dryer. After weighing and I asked the office staff to "please consider the amount of water dumping out of my trailer". Both the office staff and the manager Ivan looked at my trailer leaving a small lake of water and they stated "there is nothing I can do about it" (pictures are uploaded) Pioneer had an inexperienced loader load my trailer with dirt, water and rock and the office staff charged me by the ton for water, dirt and rock. My project wasn't done so I traveled 16 miles and 20 minutes south and paid $59.00 per ton of Madison gold. I am trip number 2 travelling out of my way to avoid 3 closer Pioneer centers. I paid $53.00 less and receive 2 additional tons with a smoother WATER free load of rock. I won't return to Pioneer landscape for any landscaping materials."

Mark Tatum was amazing- on time, all-star service, made sure to respect our requests, he even let our toddler watch as he transferred our rock delivery from the truck to the driveway (which was the highlight of our little man’s day!).
