My reason for hiring Platinum Cabinetry was based 100% on recommendation by someone with whom I have complete confidence in work, ethics, and experience in remodeling/construction industry. I put complete trust in that and went full steam ahead using this company's services. I expected their expertise to carry the day and to not have my lack of expertise be put to test. I was operating at a distance so needed a person that would make sure everything went smoothly, be it measurements , follow ups etc. Lots of issues had to be corrected on my dime. The critical element is that in the end , it is still my dollar, my project and my lack of being aware of the skill set they possessed in serving my purposes that led to frustration and disappointment. Communication is vital. That being said, the company went ahead behind the scenes and corrected an issue that one of my frustrations. I learned of this from the 3rd party who took care of problem. I have tremendous competency expectations from professionals I hire, but even more important are trust and integrity of those who run the company. Without exception, I vouch for the integrity of the person who owns this company. If I have that, with communication, everything else works out."
