"Beautiful product, but poor scheduling and inconsiderate of customer's time. Can't show up when agreed, rescheduled 3x. Work is still not complete. I can't blame the GC, but he needs to consider a different sub for these jobs...one that will show up when they agree to. (Edit) I have to say that the two guys that came and installed the shower floor and walls were fantastic! I appreciate their great work. Now if their scheduling department could get their act together."

"Now that the dust has settled, pun intended, I can leave my review. We knew nothing about this company, but our kitchen remodel company uses them for the quartz install. I was notified by Marlam they were ready to do our measurements after cabinets were installed. Three weeks later, they were ready to install, which was good news since we were doing dishes in the guest bathtub. I took the day off to be there for the installation, crew brings in the underlayment for the island and I immediately notice it's too long. Measured it, and instead of a 15" overhang, it's 24". How do you over measure by 9"?? Called install manager Jeff, he said he will find out what is going on and get back to me. Nothing. Found out he is gone for the day. Called the next day, was told he didn't have an answer since the shop supervisor was gone for the day. Didn't want to follow up? I wait half the day for an answer and nothing. Called, Jeff is gone for the day again, but I was given his cell number. Doesn't answer. I call back and get his bosses number names Joe. After a little bit, I was told it will take 7-8 days for the new cut to finish. He then tells me that actually that amount of time is really good for the industry. So, I should be happy? He made it sound like he was doing me a solid for waiting an additional week for the install! Another week of waiting to have water in the kitchen. I was told by Joe and Jeff several times they would call me back, but it always ended with me having to call them back. No follow up! Last message from Joe was, I didn't tell you I would call you back, it's 8 days out, no need to contact me again. I would not go thru this company. The only reason for two stars is the quartz. These people have no customer service and could care less! No accountability or communication!"

"They installed a cracked basin in our guest bathroom and insisted the crack was cosmetic. We trusted the so called professionals. 2.5 years later the crack finally revealed itself as leaky and guess what: now it's out of warranty! They want me to pay them to replace the whole two-basin/countertop after less than 3 years! Just despicable."

"NOT GOING WELL... The cabinets were installed in Nov '20 and it took effort to get them to measure for granite, finally done Dec 18. Installation date was Jan 13 '21 but 3 men arrived with 2 slabs and could not get it in my doorway with the wheels they had, told there were low profile ones they would bring with more men. Heard nothing. I called Jeff at 7 am and he said he would call me back, did not. I called at 11:15 and he said by noon he would have info. He did not call so I called at 1:16 and receptionist said Jeff is gone for the day! I was upset and told her I wanted to complain to the owner and she put me on hold and Jeff comes on...he has to order wheels, does not know when they will arrive next week. I was told they had the wheels just have to find which installer's truck they were on! Why would they send their man to measure my huge island and not measure the doorways to get it inside?!?! POOR SERVICE TIDAY THEY WERE INSTALLED AND LOOKS GREAT...THANK YOU!"
