"This company is nothing more than a scam artist taking money and never shipping parts out. I ordered a part in January money was collected same day and here we are almost March and still dealing with them. The company won’t answer any calls or emails I had to reach out to the BBBas well as credit card company. The company replied to BBB and said they issued a refund over a month ago and I have never received my money back. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOK AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!! Business always states contact them for any help but never responds. I am looking into legal action at this time."
"I work in Maintenance for a group of Benedictine Nuns. We ordered some heating actuators in November 2023. Here it is February 2024 and no parts. Troy was very accommodating and our credit card was charged immediately as well. We have tried every which way to contact Troy with no response. I even gave him an opportunity to come clean and say hey ripped off a group of Nuns but no reply. Do Not! I repeat, do Not, order from this company. I will update this if by chance God intervened and our parts show up but, I don't have the faith that the Nuns do. Update: Troy was nice enough to get back to me immediately saying our problem will be handled within a few hours which we were very happy about. Unfortunately, that was the last word we have heard from him. Regretfully, we filed a claim with the credit card company and BBB."
