"Bought materials for kitchen tile installation 4 months ago. Contractor did not come for another few months due to scheduling issues and it was the wrong size material. Their refund policy is 30 days that can be stretched to 60 days and would not take item back. They acknowledged it could be resold put had to stick to “policy”. They work with contractors all the time who have been struggling to meet schedules under current conditions and this is how they treat customers. No thank you!"
