"Understanding todays current market conditions it is what it is, but it will also show you what a company is made of! From my personal experience if I had a chance to do it all over I wouldn't even hesitate to go with another company! We finally have what should have been delivered months and months ago. Did we get to use a floor model grill in the waiting period yes but the point is it should have never been delivered with a floor model grill in the first place. Do I feel I got my monies worth absolutely not! Would I recommend this company absolutely not. All the times I had emailed complaining about my experience not once did the owner take ownership and make the call, that tells a lot about a company. Do you're research and look at the last reviews and it will tell you a lot and hopefully help you make a better decision than we did! Look elsewhere is my recommendation!"

"Backyard accents was awesome to work with. We ordered a BBQ island two years ago, and put $500.00 down on it. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to move and were unable to pick up our grill. They held our down payment for us and finished the grill when we were able to move back and finish our house. Totally recommend them to work with and the quality of our island is great.Thank You!"

They contacted me with options when the tile I ordered was out of stock, and since I wanted to keep the same tile, they made sure to get it back in stock, constructed, and delivered in time for my labor day party. "I highly recommend Backyard Accents when it comes to BBQ Islands. Our experience started at the Maricopa County Home and Garden Show in May 2016 with Jimmy and the team and ended with today’s (July 2016) install with Dave and his team. There are several reasons why I give them 5 stars and it isn’t because they were prefect on everything; it’s because of how the handled the imperfect moments. The value of the product stands on its own merit. We had looked at several companies to custom build our BBQ Island but nothing compared to the pricing we found at Backyard Accents. I was worried a bit about the quality of the construction because of what I had been told by custom builders (Landscaping Companies) but Jimmy took the time to show to me and explain to me all the reasons why they build the Islands the way they do. The time period from order to delivery was fine and right on target 6-8 weeks. We were able to customize our BBQ Island with everything we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. To the staff at Backyard Accents, Sales, Customer Service, Production, Scheduling & Delivery, thank you for putting your awesome touch into our backyard! To anyone considering making a purchase from Backyard Accents, you can’t go wrong. And although it may not be a perfect experience, the end result was well worth it.. I’ll just add that my comments about the imperfect moments were really things that were out of anyone’s control. Our delivery was during a rough week for the company, we’ve all had rough weeks, so don't read too much into it because I’d buy from them again tomorrow and I recommend that you do too."
