"I will go to Lowes for almost everything from now on. Got good help from the Pro-Desk with a special order, though. But the quality of the products they sell here is SO LOW that I won't shop here anymore. A Ryobi brand Jig Saw that is so sloppy and won't go straight unless you hold it crooked, and brass wood screws that the head breaks off of even when using a regular hand screwdriver to put it in. ULTRA LOW QUALITY, and of course, these Atlanta, GA based jerks have put everyone else out of business. The Employees are so poorly trained that they have no hope of helping you, even though they're not really at fault. I'm ashamed to admit I worked for the company for almost 3 years a while back. They were going down the toilet then, but now they're subterranean."
"DIY home improvement stores are so big anymore that the staff often does not know where stuff is. In the north valley this one is a lot better than the other big box & prices/selection better also.$The pro desk CS is lots better"
