"I had a very positive experience at this location. First when I called to check on the availability of some melamine sheets, Louis gave me the quick answer but also encouraged me to come and look at the samples. When I arrived to look at the product line I had a few questions and Milene at customer service guided me through the various brands of melamine and gave me a very valuable tip; edge banding can be applied with Fastcap double sided tape. This eliminates the need for messy contact cement on heavy duty edge banding since it doesn't come preglued. Forever grateful to Milene and her knowledge of all the products."

"Called in day before, to schedule a delivery at 10:00 the next day. I pull up on site, dock workers say I am not on the appointment list, and I'll be refused. Called Chris at the office, and she did a great job apologizing for the warehouse worker's attitude, and promptly got me put back in the schedule. Watching them load a flatbed is 50% talking and B/S, 25% slow walking and photos of the load, and 25% actual work."

Immediately it's evident that much thought, insight and experience went into the design of the will call area, warehouse layout and customer staging area. All of this while offering customer friendly pricing during these competitive and hectic times. I have found my primary material source for all of my lumber needs.
