"I'm extremely disappointed and feel like I've been deceived. Initially, I visited this place based on positive reviews, and the office seemed appealing. The dental hygienist, Gabby, did an excellent job. However, my experience took a turn when the dentist informed me that I had four cavities, all listed as top priorities on the treatment sheet. I was baffled at the idea of developing four cavities in less than a year. To be sure, I sought a second opinion from my previous dentist, whom I hadn't visited due to our recent move. I provided them with the x-rays and the treatment sheet. Unfortunately, it seemed that Mesa Dental was trying to overcharge my insurance for unnecessary procedures. My original dentist diagnosed only one cavity, considering the other three as tooth imperfections not requiring treatment. I was understandably furious and promptly canceled my upcoming appointment with them. I'd be willing to remove this review if I'm reimbursed the amount they intended to charge my insurance, hoping that this is not a common practice at Mesa Dental."

They show you a tour of the office and all the wonderful things they can do to help you. I had full dentures done in August and I am so thankful that I choose Mesa Dental. Best part is how flexible their schedule is. All the staff is so wonderful and caring. They treat you with so much kindness and they never rush ever. They get to know you and it's so great not being treated like a number. The the Dentist herself is such a sweet caring patient person. The assistant go above and beyond to help. The dentures Dr.Ben Davis made my experience so much better then I could have ever imagined. I was so fearful of my procedures but with his reassuring calm peaceful sense I got through it with ease. This place is the best most amazing office you will ever find!! ❤"
