"Dr. V was fantastic! I had two minor cavities that I chose to be filled and he got me in an out under 30 minutes! The whole staff there is fantastic. Danielle at the front desk is very kind and very helpful. Rosemary helped with my cleaning and she was so personable and friendly and really took an interest in my previous oral reconstructive surgery and made sure Dr. V was also knowledgeable and on board with my concerns. Over two days with a cleaning and two fillings I spent maybe 2 hours in the office leaving feeling great and confident in the work done plus with referrals. This team is great and they know exactly what they’re doing! I’m so glad I found a dentist I trust and that I’m comfortable with."

"We decided to start going here after our regular dentist Smiles On Southern closed. Some of the people at that office went here so we followed because it was one of the few offices that really had great bedside manner for my husband who has a high fear of the dentist. Longbow has been exceptional and given us the same level of care and consideration that Smiles on Southern did. The staff are kind, attentive, and very accommodating for those with high fear and those on the spectrum who have certain sensory needs. (I.e. they are okay with you wearing headphones if the sounds are too much, they are super accommodating with having or ordering other flavors of things like fluoride and such so that taste sensory is not an issue or not as much of one.) We never feel judged or scolded for anything, everyone and the atmosphere are just very relaxed and kind. I would absolutely recommend them 10/10. They accept Care Credit as well so it makes financing for what insurance might not cover a little more manageable."

"Hands down the best dental care I’ve ever had. I have had all my cleanings here and just got a procedure done where everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. Deserae made sure I was comfortable with a neck pillow and blanket. Dr. V made the procedure quick, easy and painless. The bedside manner that this team has is AMAZING! Thank you all for everything you all do! I would recommend this office for all dental needs to anyone!"

"Dr V is great! He’s very kind, and seems to really care about your comfort and satisfaction with the dental work done. The dental techs all have done a wonderful job at cleaning my teeth. Some of the best cleanings I’ve had. The reason for 3 stars is because I’ve had 2 procedures done aside from cleanings, and they have overcharged me close to $200 each time! Then I have to wait weeks for a refund. I find that absurd and highly annoying. You guys need to check with insurance before charging clients or having procedures done. Or allow you clients to pay later when you know how much a procedure is going to cost instead of overcharging and then waiting weeks to refund! Considering looking into another dental office because of this, and because of the rude front desk lady with glasses and colored hair when I asked about it."
