"My 3.5 year old son is Non-Verbal and Autistic.. he has had terrible experiences at other (multiple) dentists offices prior to my fiancé and I finding Kids Grins. Other dentists rushed thru procedures, over charged us, did lengthy procedures without numbing or nitrous, and treated my son like an alien because of his disability. My son would leave the offices with broken blood vessels covering his face from screaming in terror. Dr. Taylor is really such a kind and compassionate person.. he came in early one morning just to make sure my son was taken care of because he wasn’t eating from tooth pain. He was patient and gentle with my son, even stroking his face while he was scared. It warms my heart to see others treat my son like a human being. Any special needs parent knows the horrors that some doctors put our children thru. None of that happened at Kids Grins. I will never take my son anywhere else !! We always leave feeling hopeful and happy. This place is a blessing."
"This place is the best! All of my kids love coming here. Dr Taylor has won over their trust even the ones with anxieties because he is so gentle and talks them through everything. His staff is so amazing too. From the front desk to the hygienist who does dirt bike sounds as the polisher tool does its job. I recommend them 100%."
"Dr John Taylor it’s absolutely incredible. We have been coming to this office for years and we love it. He’s very kind, gentle, involves the kids, makes them feel like they belong here. He always ensures to say hello to the parents, he makes you feel very welcome, but his priority is our little people. The girls at the front are always attentive, friendly, Happy, and efficient.
