"Cost Plus 20 did all the flooring in our house and we were super happy with them! We worked primarily with Beth at the Surprise location, and she was super patient and helped us pick flooring that would work with our style preferences, paint, furniture, and even considered the way it’d show at different times of the day in different lighting. We got both LVP and carpet, both of which still look beautiful. Pricing was totally fair and they worked within our budget. I would totally work with cost plus 20 again!"
"We had a great experience with Cost+20%. They were able to schedule our install quickly and they did a wonderful job updating our carpet to luxury vinyl tile. Gave the house a brand new look and we couldn't be happier with the end result!"
"This rating is solely based on their lack of professionalism. We tried to visit both locations, once each, and never made it through the door. We went to the Glendale location on a Thursday, arrived at 5:15pm, and they were closed. We thought maybe there was a personal emergency or something. We called the Surprise location and the person who answered didn’t know why they might have closed early. The following Tuesday, we went to the Surprise location, arriving at 5:20, and they were already closed. No idea what the heck is going on with this company but I’ve wasted enough time driving an hour round trip twice now just to peruse their products (since you can’t do that online)."
"The team at Cost plus 20 was fantastic. We only had three weeks before our house closed and we had to move into our new home. In that time frame Amanda organized the team at Cost Plus 20 to have beautiful hickory tiled floors throughout, new quarts counters in the kitchen and bathrooms and they turned out just beautiful. "This is the second time we have used Cost Plus 20. The first time was in 2017 when they did the counter tops and backsplash in the kitchen. This year we decided to do a walk in shower in the master bathroom and because we were so happy with the way the kitchen turned out, we once again turned to Cost Plus 20. Jeff designed the most beautiful shower ever! All of the sub contractors were great! They were courteous and efficient. The whole job was don in a week and a half! We couldn’t be happier!!!"
