"Was not greeted. Stock was all over the place. I did get asked if I needed help finding something. Upon self checkout I still was not greeted or told to have a nice day. Most likely not returning."
"The online "stock" never matches what is available in the store. Usually, it is more, but sometimes it isn't on the shelf, especially when the website says they have multiple items and you get there and they have none. They also never replenish the stock. They are always out of stock on "stock" items. The shelves are always bare, especially yarn and paint items. If they would put up notices if the items are not available, then I would not complain, but it just seems like no one is keeping track of the product and refilling the shelves. They worry more about seasonal products than stock items."
"Does anyone work here ???? We could not find a sales associate to ask where certain items were . They were more concerned about closing, I don't blame them .Everything I go to this store there is noone there customers or employees . They were having a 70 percent off sale but these prices are high . Definitely make an extra drive to go to Hobby Lobby!"
"I'm sure Michaels is a great place for arts and crafts and some of their merchandise is reasonable but most of their merchandise is way overpriced . For example I was there to have a item framed the gentleman behind the counter was courteous kind and respectful but the price for the item that I wanted to have framed came to over $300 and yes there was hardware to mount and to assemble the frame but $300 for a 48 by 21 inch frame. So this will probably be one of the reasons I won't be going back to in the near future."
"Lots of crafts to keep one busy .was told they're rearranging things and restocking so it looks like they have more items . Which was my complaint previously , shelves were empty or few selections. Employees very helpful and friendly . Download the app, get coupons , and updates on sale items , which when on sale or on coupon , great deal ! Found what I needed , did search online first . Looks like they're getting ready to stock Christmas items !!"
