"We left the store in Surprise thinking it was great and everything was going great, until we went to install the closet doors, after we had painted them no less, and the doors don't fit. We gave the person at the store the exact measurements and he took them never telling us the doors come in a standard size and apparently needed to be cut by us to our dimensions, which remember we gave them the exact dimensions, so we were never told they wouldn't come in the size we ordered. We thought we were ordering custom closet doors much to our chagrin they are not. We called and they told us it would now cost us $45 more for each door to have them it to size. Maybe contractors would know the drill, but never once did they tell us the doors wouldn't come in the size we ordered or that they needed to be cut to size!! Buyer beware!!"
"It would be great if their hours online matched their hours on the door before you drive out and find them closed on a Saturday. Especially at $5 a gallon. Update: Returned during business hours and was provided great service. After reconsidering the size of corners I purchased, I returned them to select a different style. The return was flawless."
