"Came in for an appointment for a filling, was left sitting for thirty minutes *after* my appointment time, had someone else with an appointment later than ours get seen first, and then the receptionist had the audacity to ask us if we were late, despite having greeted us by name at the door when we first walked in. This would be a one star review if it weren't for the travelog show on the TV. It would be a three star review if they didn't play the *same* episode of the aforementioned show three times in a row while we waited - in vain - to be seen."
