"The staff is very nice but I was in braces for 3 years and my teeth look very similar to when I got them. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I think they had no idea what they were doing with my teeth to be honest and when they realized I was about to have a baby the doctor decided now was a good time to take them off. I told him I didn’t think they were straight enough and he basically told Me to manage my expectations. Also asked me to leave a good review while I was in office which is why I think there are so many good reviews on here because there’s no way this is a 5 star orthodontist office"

"Giving them a 2 because staff was very nice when I initially came in. My appointment was at 9 and there was an issue with my insurance. They tried to call the insurance but they said I wasn’t insured through them. I left after getting X-rays and exam and called insurance to try and resolve it. The issue was resolved after calling so I called to make an appointment since one of my nerves needed go be looked at and my tooth was starting to bother me. I called almost immediately after I spoke with the insurance (a little before 11am the same day). I gave the girl I spoke with my updated insurance info and she told me they’ll just need to call the insurance to verify and this office will call me back to make a follow up appointment. Alright, great. No problem, I can wait. Well, 4pm rolls around and I still hadn’t received a call so I call again just to follow up. They told me they’ve been busy and hadn’t had time to call the insurance. I understand places get busy but they saw my X-ray and I told them my tooth was starting to bother me and still no urgency. I ended up calling a different dental office because I had not heard back and got my tooth taken care of. Disappointed because this place had good reviews and they were so nice when I was in the office bug as soon as I left I felt very dismissed."

"I am so happy with the treatment I got while I was in office! Staff was very helpful and polite! They made me feel at ease with the procedures I needed to fix my teeth and were very flexible with scheduling! I would definitely recommend!"

"I finally got my braces off after 3 1/2 years the dental assistant Jonas was awesome and very informative about everything leaving me comfortable and confident the whole time. The dentist is just lovely goofy and understanding, ill always recommend Dr Laryy from Risas to anyone, my son will be here next for the same process don’t hesitate to come to Risas they will leave you with the best smile ever!!!"
