"My husband does not like going to the dentist because his childhood dentist did not have a good bedside manner and traumatized him. He had to come in for an emergency extraction and was absolutely terrified. Everyone in the office was super nice and friendly, explained everything every step of the way, and Dr. Chen made sure he was calm and comfortable for the whole procedure. He was so excited to schedule his cleaning! I saw Dr Hsei (pronounced Shay) and he was also fantastic! He went into detail about the process, the reason behind it, and educating me on how to care for my teeth the best way possible. During my cleaning, he was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain."
