The front office staff was knowledgeable and helpful with insurance and scheduling changes, and the back office staff was very thorough and knowledgeable through every step of my visit. They offered options that other offices have not offered me in the past regarding more detailed cleanings, and they offer extra 'comforting features' (blanket, neck pillow, etc) for anyone who is uncomfortable in a dentist office. Doctor has fixed mistakes done by other Dentist’s and explains everything to you so well. The hygienist’s are great and let’s not say the Dental Assistant Iris. "My husband and I were unhappy with the former practice we were using. We decided to try Family Care. A small practice, very friendly and VERY knowledgeable. My hygienist did a wonderful job examining and assessing the condition of Mt teeth and gums. I was totally at ease. She discussed everything with the dentist (I like her, too), created a treatment plan, and explained everything to me. My mouth has definitely found a new place for dental care!"
