"I have been meaning to post this review for quite a while now. I had the most amazing experience with this Dental office. Dr. Vu, Lia, Stephanie and the rest of the office were phenomenal. I came in needing a TON of work done, and over the course of 15+ appointments, without fail they were kind, gentle, caring, compassionate and always made sure I understood everything. Even offering me a blanket when I got cold! They truly care about their patients and make you feel like family. Unfortunately I had to move out of state before we were completely finished with my treatment plan, and I am appreciating Mesa Dental Care even more now! I have not been able to find similar care up here and I am seriously considering traveling back to Mesa, to complete my dental journey. I cannot recommend them enough, they are absolutely fantastic. "After using Mesa Dental Care for the last 2-3 years and being a loyal customer I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone. It’s not with the hygienists/dentists themselves but their administrative process. I had gone for cleanings after my insurance had expired unknowingly and that is something I acknowledge and is my own fault. However, I would ask every time I would sign out after my appointments if I owed anything and the response would be no. I would’ve paid for the cleanings had I realized. Almost 2 years later, I got an invoice in the mail that there is a bill past due. It had been doubled for not being paid coming out to almost a $400 bill. I didn’t get a courtesy call, text, or email once that I had a bill to pay. Not only that but that I get a message recently to schedule to get my teeth cleaned? The bill is paid but I have lost both trust and respect for this establishment."

"Been going here for over 10 years. Dr Nia is good and knowledgeable, a little gruff in his demeanor but not unkind. Dr Vu is fantastic, she is great with patients and I’ve watched her interact with the hygienists- she is kind all around."
