"I have been wanting to bring my car to this company for along time till I had my money right I was able to, and now i regret it. First they said they can do my convertible top and wire up the motor. My car set for a year just them trying to put the convertible top together. Was ALL LIES from the beginning, nothing never got done. They even lost some of my interior parts. After I got tired of their lies I went up their and found out they had a break in. See pictures attached.. They didn't have the oddasate to call their customer to inform them that cars got burned. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They don't even do the interior in shop, They send out to Mexico. After I picked my car up i took it to a old man that works out of his garage and he GOT DONE IN 4 DAYS. Tino's custom's is a joke. Need to remove custom's off of Tino's"

"The Term putting lipstick on a pig comes to mind! I won't mention the dollar amount I spent because I get angry every time I think about! I had my truck gone through front to back and regret it. I picked up my truck and drove it home and the very next morning I had issued with the truck. I took it to another mechanic and hows many different issues and some safety concerns! I notified the shop and was given excuses why things it was done that way."

"I'm a resident of Glendale and I came in to Tino's Upholstery to have them install a special set of doors on my car. Tino made me feel instantly welcome the moment I walked into his wonderful shop. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and knew about the kit I was carrying in, to have installed in my car. Tino's son (with the help of his assistant) did a perfect installation of the door kit on my car and was able to get it done in a very quick turnaround time. They even wiped down my car and made it look clean after the job, which I found very professional and courteous. This family-owned shop is the real deal and I would recommend it to any car enthusiast!"

"I took my 1983 Buick Regal there to get painted and they did a horrible job painting my car. They left fish eyes and waves all over the paint. They told me I should have painted it white so I wouldn't see all the imperfections. This place is very unprofessional and I would never take any thing there or recommend them to any one."
