"Purchased my 2015 Mazda 6 at this location and also the platinum warranty. Went in for my scheduled oil change in October of 2023 and the service tech had suggested several items that needed attention, one of which should be covered under my platinum coverage. I also had let him know of a couple of other issues that need attention. After this discussion the service tech wrote this info in my list to confirm with the warranty company to check and see if said items would be eligible. Service tech said it could take up to a week get a response.... It is now March 2024 and after several calls to service department, messages left on the service technicians direct number and whoever I could get a hold of, I've been ignored completely. I received a call from service department just recently about setting up my next service oil change. I politely let her know I would not be returning and explained my COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION with the above details. To my disbelief, after my explanation, the response was as I figured. The individual I was speaking to said they would make a note of the situation and said they were sorry for what happened and that was it, conversation over. Names have been left out because I'm showing respect. I would've hoped I had been given the same but feel as though I was sales notch in someone's belt."

"Routine Service When I first arrived, no one greeted me. I walked into the office and was greeted with, “What’s up man? Do you have an appointment?” After providing my information, he still didn’t know why I was there. I had to explain that it was my first service since purchasing the vehicle. He then tried to sell me on a complete fluid flush of the car that would cost more than $600. When I asked for a comprehensive maintenance schedule he said they don’t have one and has never seen one before. I also asked if they offer pre-purchased packages for future services. He said those are a rip off and they don’t do them. (Toyota offers them and are a great way to save money.) After receiving my vehicle and driving home I noticed some sort of material hanging from the front end. I looked and the skid plate was not attached properly. It was not even with the other skid plate sections and missing two screws. I called back and the service department was closed (3pm). It was a Saturday and Monday was Presidents’ Day. I live in Flagstaff so had to leave my car with my parents to take back to the dealer. I started calling the service department on Tuesday and was not able to speak with the manager until Thursday. He did not give an apology and simply said bring it in and we will take care of it. I explained that my father, who is over 75 years old, will be bringing it in and I don’t want him to have to wait. The manager assured me they would get him taken care of right away. My father brought it in and the manager was “in a meeting.” No one in the service department knew anything about the vehicle. They made my father wait in the lobby for forty mins before coming to get him. They brought him out to the garage to show him they fixed the skid plate. They said the material was from a car wash and acted as if it happened outside their dealer. I never took it to a car wash. They sent him on his way without speaking to the manager, providing an apology, or retribution of ANY KIND. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to this dealer again."
