"The customer experience here clearly is not a priority. It took over 2 weeks from my car being dropped off and multiple times of me reaching out to get an update on my car. Once the work got started, the process was smooth. However, a month after I got my car back I got a call stating that I owed them money and it would be going to collections at the end of the month. I had never previously been notified of the bill, and they allowed me to pick up the vehicle and told me I did not owe anything. When I called to get clarification on what was going on I was told, "You can pay us now or you can pay collections.""
