"Sunburst has been my go-to Autoshop since I first started driving. Knew them from my parents and have had a good experience every time. Recently I took my truck in and they found a leak in the fuel pressure regulator. Replaced it, however, the next day my truck had difficulty starting and accelerating, so I called to schedule it and take it back in. Not only did they order and replace the part, but they covered my towing, didn't charge me again for the repair, and checked and cleaned a similar part. "We have been going to Sunburst Automotive for over 15 years, and recently, we moved about an hour away. My son was having some transmission issues and we took it into AJ at Sunburst. Due to no fault of his own, something was missed in the initial inspection, and we had to return with the vehicle. Not only did he fix the vehicle, but they didn't charge us. This is one of the many reasons that we have used them in the past and will continue to use them and recommend them to others. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. "Very honest and upfront. Took my car in with a transmission problem and AJ looked at it but after a bit it started working fine for him. Said it was probably a sensor and given the mileage was not worth fixing as it would be $2000 repair. He said it may be fine for a while hard to tell. Only charged for the towing. I will definitely be back again if need be. Any other person would have just tried to get a $2000 repair out of me I think. Integrity still exists."
