"Would not recommend anybody going to this dealer. Had my car in 6 times to have same problem fixed still having same problem. Called multiple times and even left messages no calls asked to talk to sales manager and only got call back from service advisor.said they fixed it then started doing it again. Called and left more messages and nobody calls back. They wait till you are out of warranty so you would have to pay again."

"Staff is always friendly. Last time I had an oil change and tire rotation it was $65, which is standard for Synthetic. This time 12/1/23, it was $105!! Are you kidding me!! $40 increase in 4 months for an oil change?!?! No thank you. I will never get any service here again. I can only imagine what the price will be in 4-5 months. I’ll be going to Big-O or a similar shop and give them my business. Staff = 5 stars, service (waited 2.5 hours) and cost 0 stars."

"On 09/21/2023 my 2020 Kia Soul was in for an issue with car stalling when a/c turned on and scheduled maintenance, which was done timely and to my satisfaction. The one thing that I have a HUGE PROBLEM with is a remark added on the invoice. Once the Advisor had finished taking pics of exterior, making his notes, he asked if there was anything else happening with vehicle I wanted checked? I responded no and then added "when the tech does the maintenance tire check and adds air as needed, will you make sure they put the same valve stem caps back on please, adding that the caps are Harley Davidson brand and on 2 previous service/maintenance visits they were not put back on. Justin replied "sure". After picking up the vehicle and heading home, I was reading through the invoice and on it was the remark (exactly as, spelling errors included) PLEASE INSURE THE HARLY CAPS ARE RETURNED TO THE VELVE STEMS OR CUSTOMER MAY STAB YOU After reading the remark, and knowing I did not make any such threat for any reason, I went from upset to angry. Invoices are permanent records and accessable by the majority of people at the dealership. This means that when I call Earnhardt Kia for service/maintenance, they can see this remark. Any idea what that KIA rep is thinking when they read that remark? What they might think about this customer? Are they safe when this customer is in for vehicle service/maintenance? We are all too familiar with that one person in a company who loves to post customer/employer actions, things said etc on social media and how devastating it can be personally and professionally. Is this a regular thing at this dealership? Should legal counsel be sought? How many others have experienced this?"

"I’ve been trying to get a hold of the service department for weeks now. Call in… just rings. Email sent, no response. The Kia app hasn’t worked in months. The reason for service is a reoccurring issue with the bumper that existed from when the vehicle was new and has now been “fixed” twice by Kia. Very disappointing and unbecoming of a reputable car company."
