"He misdiagnosed my car, the problem was with the fuel pump and not the battery. The battery was bought around a year ago, so we still have the receipt for it. It broke down the road right after I paid for the bill. I got it towed and brought it to another mechanic who found out the problem was the fuel pump and also had to charge the supposed new battery Hans had replaced. He refused to give a refund for his mistakes, and also claimed that if it doesn’t do that while it’s with me I can’t fix it. So basically he will misdiagnose and expect you to waste your hard earned money for his mistakes."
