"This was my first time coming here. I had an appointment today at 145pm, I walked in about 5 min late (there was absolutely no parking). I was told upon checking “ ohhhh 145 appointment I’m sorry someone else took your spot and we don’t have any appointments available anymore.” ( I called before walking and was told there was a 15 min grace period) What is the point of making appointments if you can’t keep them? Why attempt to check me in if you know there aren’t appointments available. For a first time experience I would never recommend."
