"First of all the person who set up my appointment was rude and when I had a tone back at him he backed down. Second, I stayed home and worked waiting for the technician, he called close to time he said he would be here and informed me he had to go across town to the shop to get the glass he was working on fixed because something was wrong with it and then told me he would be later because he had to pick his daughter up from school. Being I stayed home it was whatever. He eventually showed up, takes the door apart (which I was told later he wasn’t supposed to until he was sure he had the right part), calls me and tells me there’s a problem. I go outside and he said it was the wrong glass and that he couldn’t take care of it today... the company was open for another 2- 2 1/5 hours. I asked him if I would have it fixed tomorrow he chuckles “yeah if they have the glass” then asks me if I wanted the plastic back on my window... the glass was removed and it was cloudy we were supposed to get rain ... I looked up at the sky and said “uh yeah...” he puts it all back together then tells me his supervisor would be calling me to let me know what will be going on tomorrow. I never heard from anyone! I called my insurance company and they found me a better Company. THIRD THE TECHNICIAN ALSO LEFT MY KEY IN THE IGNITION AND TURNED ON TO ROLL THE WINDOW UP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! THEY ARE A THREE STAR RATED COMPANY!!!!"
