"I needed to title and register a motorcycle I bought in Nevada. I had taken literally two steps into Desert Title, and a young lady said she could help me at her desk. She was friendly and efficient, and 15 minutes later, I was walking out the door with the temporary plate, good to go. With friendly, efficient service, and an apparently comfortable waiting area (I didn't have any wait, so I didn't actually experience it, but it looked comfortable), I'm certainly going to be back when my driver's license comes up for renewal next year. Absolutely five stars."

"Don't go there! Waste of time, especially on Saturdays. We arrived at 2:15, and the attendant refused to do a DL replacement for my son. He said they stopped doing service at 2pm, 1h before closing tome. Company policy. Who does that? They close at 3 pm, but they actually stop working at 2pm. There was no manager available either."
"A very serene experience for getting my registration renewed. The staff was very helpful and nice and there was not much of a wait. Bonus, they are open Saturdays! It's slightly more expensive than going to the MVD office but not enough to make me want to deal with the MVD! and it is worth it for the better experience, imho. 10/10 I highly recommend!"
