"I won’t go back. I had shoulder length hair. I made my appointment for 4:45 in the afternoon. When I was in the chair, I told the stylist I only needed 3 inches cut and I would need layering and a bit of texturizing to give volume. The end result was 6 inches cut. I have very short hair now with two long strands on either side of my face to give the appearance of a longer look. I normally don’t fuss when I get a bad haircut, but this is a disaster. I will have to wait 6 weeks before attempting to get it fixed."

"If you are a POC or have any hair type other than pin straight blonde hair, DO NOT schedule an appointment with Vicki. I have come to this location for years and never had any issue with any hairdressers washing/cutting/styling my hair. I had an appointment scheduled for just a trim today with Vicki (whom has never cut my hair before) and right off the bat she had a strange look on her face and didn’t seem interested in being at work. I brushed it off. We all have days we don’t want to work. I sit down in the chair and she asks if I want it cut wet or dry. I tell her whatever would be best for her I’m not too picky. Just needed a trim. I came with my hair already washed and combed and in a pony tail on top of my head. She asks if I want to comb through my own hair. I say I would prefer not to as to say without saying, this is what I’m paying you for. I’ve never been asked to comb/brush my own hair at a salon. She takes my hair down and runs a brush through it a couple times and says I don’t want to hurt you, you need to brush through your own hair. I say it’s fine it doesn’t hurt and she tells me she won’t cut my hair unless I brush through it myself. She then goes on about how the hairdressers there are not trained to deal with curly hair or something stupid like that. Once she started saying that I got up and left because whether it’s racial issue or a skill issue she has, I was not going to let this woman (Vicki) hack up my hair. For clarity, I do not have thick 4c hair. I am mixed and have regular ol curly hair and have never scared a hairdresser white or black. The treatment I received from Vicki today was ridiculous and I will not be returning to this location until she is either trained or gone."

"I just went in for blonde highlights and a trim. Vicki did an amazing job!! My highlights haven't turned out this perfect for a long time!!! She took time to make sure they didn't turn out orangish/tan! I'm really happy to have found her!!!"

"I went in for highlights and lowlights. The employee argued with me over what I have successfully done with color in the past 10 years and recommended a different process. My hair ended up being over processed and destroyed. She had no knowledge of how to treat fine light hair. It will take months and several hundred dollars for my hair to be restored. Rude and unethical."
